From Mexico City, Tlaxcala or Veracruz by car:If you come in car from the city of Mexico, Tlaxcala or Veracruz: Follow by the Mexico-Veracruz freeway (150D) until finding Cuahútemoc stage; if it comes from Mexico, return to the right, and Veracruz, of return to the left through the unevenness passage. Cross the Road Ignacio Zaragoza, crosses the Av. Defenders of the Republic, raise the hill of Loreto and when arriving at the Blvd. 5 of May of return to the left. Continue by this one, and one block after the Av. Don Juan de Palafox and Mendoza of return to the right in the “Callejon de los sapos” (Alley of the Toads)

If you are coming from Mexico City Airport you can take First Class bus transportation:
FINDING THE BUS - When you clear customs (international arrivals are in Section E of the airport), turn left and walk the short distance to Section D. Go through the double glass doors leading outside and walk down the sidewalk to the bus area. Ask a dispatcher for the Estrella Roja line to Puebla 4 Poniente bus station. The cost is from $12 to 14 usd, but you have to pay in pesos. The bus will say either "Estrella Roja" or "Pullman Plus" on the side. Near where the buses arrive and depart is a ticket counter or booth. Purchase your ticket for Puebla at the booth and then move on to the proper bus.
From Huejotzingo Airport, Puebla:
