MEXICAN COOKING COURSE: The cooking courses given by Mesones Sacristia offer an original alternative to get to know the mexican traditions from its gastronomy. El curso de cocina impartido en Mesones Sacristía ofrece una alternativa original de conocer las tradiciones mexicanas desde su gastronomía. Together with our Executive Chef and a translator, our guests will learn how to cook the more traditional and representative dishes of Puebla cuisine, as well as the prehispanic and “home-made” technics used in México. The main objective is that our guests get to know not only the secrets of Puebla’s typical cuisine but to turn this learning in a unique experience within a charming environment
